Rp Skills:Background/History: Being born a neko and with strange abilitys...he was automaticaly declared a strange child. In school he was shunned for his catlike appearance and his hands that resembled a cat's paws with retractible claws. Soon he exploded from constantly being harrased, he has to be put in a straightjacket for days until he calmed down. Then his mother found school where she felt he might be accepted. When he was transfered there is when he finaly learned about his powers and he is learning to control them as well.
